I'm studding the truck in a couple weeks and I'm using own gaskets and replacing the oil cooler as well as the down pipe but idk if I need arp or a1 studs. Advice please?

Regular ARPs are just fine. No need to drop the coin for H11s or anything higher in price. Just use ARPs and OEM head gaskets and make sure the heads are flat and pressure checked and you should be fine.
Not really unless you are after high horse power numbers. I think it would be more cost effective to just get a ported intake manifold and call it good. If you are pulling the motor as well, I would maybe look at a cam (I have heard great things about a mild cam) but either way since you are pulling the heads, I would look at upgraded valve springs and larger push rods and depending how many miles are on it, I would also just put in new lifters as well.
