I know the OBS stock turbo has no wastegate, and that the 99.5 and up have a wastegate, but what about the early 99 turbos?
I'd like to go to a Super Duty turbo setup, so if I feel like it down the road I can drop in a Super Duty drop in charger. With doing all the work, I want to put an early 99 in, but only if it's got a wastegate...I love the whoosh sound for some reason, and I'll probably get bigger injectors before bigger charger...
