Towing compounds on an OBS

I'll soon be towing my race car (6000# with the trailer and tools), I also pull a gooseneck (up to 15,000#) once in a while, and wanting some more power for the hills around here, so the question is, what turbo's would make a good combo for towing? I plan on going to stage 1's and custom tuning. I can do all the fabrication myself, and if possible would there be any turbo that would work ok with my stocker with a smaller housing?

Thank you

you be fine with a gt38r the only way to go with twin on you truck is if you have more fuel. yeah you'd spool the high pressure turbo but the low pressure(big) turbo would take a good while to spool and your egts might run high. but if you're set on twins gt38r over a gt4294r.238 80% with that twin set up would run fine

You do not want to use the stock charger in a twin set-up at all.
You need a lot more fuel than Stage-1's if you want to run twins.
If you do not have an intercooler on the truck, that should be your first step. An intercooler and Stage-1's should tow that little 6000# trailer quite happily.
If you want more go when pulling the big 15k trailer you need to address the trans/clutch, then turbo, then intercooler, then injectors.
Intercooled, Stage-2 injectors, and D66 turbo would make for a nice, affordable combo. Electric fuel conversion would also be a benefit, and don't forget the trans/clutch!

thank you for all the advise, next question is, who would you all go through for a clutch, I've heard of a few recent problems with south bend, anyone else you all would suggest?

Valair on the clutch. My southbend that was in my truck grenaded at 40k miles.

Like some others have said I would go gt38r and stage 2's and the supporting mods, its a great tow combo

Just did a bit more research on here, what about a 6.0 turbo on it with baby swamps? I understand that's a bunch of fabrication, but again, not much of a problem for me, but there is the matter of the controller, but anyway, input is welcome on that as well. Another question is, is the D66 a drop-in replacement on an OBS or would I need a mounting kit?
