It only does it when tow haul is on
It stays steady for a few minutes but then starts blinking
It does it stock or with 8k tow tune from gearhead loaded or empty

The flashing tow light or TCIL is an indication of transmission fault. Probably a wiring fault or a problem with a solenoid. Could also be bad internal sensor. Any codes?

mine does the same thing... but its not a flash... more like a flicker.... tow haul functions fine as well as the transmission... some days it will come on fully lit and work great the next day it never fully lights up and is really dim and just flickers like an led getting low intermittent voltage pulses... im assuming its the wiring in the steering column going into the gearshift

A flashing tow light fault indication is an obvious flashing on and off, not a flicker. Your problem could very well be what you say, a lose connection or a bad light, IDK as I've never had the Tow/Haul switch apart. Personally I would try blasting some air past the button to see if that clears out any crud. Don't use an a spray contact cleaner as that will most likely be bad for the plastic.

Sorry I took so long.....
P2700 is Coast clutch fail on or off
P0730 is Clutch control solenoid or internal part failure (stuck valves or damaged friction material)
P1832 is Transmission transfer case differential lock-up solenoid circuit failure

did you load a tune.... and then drive hard? I did it with mine and got the tow/haul light to flash like that....

It only does it in tow haul loaded or unloaded
Stock and tuned
Unloaded it does it at the first stop after turning it on not driving hard
Loaded it does it at the first stop or down shift
The first time it did it no tuner for 300 miles before or after
The next time 8k tow tune from gear head 6000#
The last time empty with srl+
