This was a Sheriff's Office maintenance vehicle that was worked hard and went thru rough treatment. This is the 3rd engine in this truck. Plates have been removed. Buyer will have to have temporary tags to drive vehicle.

There is probably a good reason it has gone through three engines but that is some major money.

Just open an account, when I opened my account they required you answer a phone call from them. Not sure what it takes now.

IT says right in the description the description the truck was worked very hard. What does it being a 6.0 have to do with it.. A 7.3 could be worked very hard and still need replacing .. It's all about the up keep performed to it. A 6.0 is a great engine once you get the cooling system straight. Not to mention the ungodly power it can throw down

No need to get touchy about it. I know the 6.0 personally birthed quite a few children on these forums but for them to say its been through 3 engines is rough. I'm sure the maintenance was terrible and the guys drove the truck like it was stolen but three is quite a bit. They probably wouldnt let the maintenance guy do an EGR delete either :p.

Haha I'm not touchy lol sorry if it seemed that way. I agree about the maintenance guy

I work for the government and getting them to agree to modify a piece of equipment is like pulling teeth. Also I didnt mean to be douchy about 6.0s I just thought it was amazing and felt like posting. It could be as simple as the computer had some bastard random tune on it with too much timing causing the thing to snap rods all the time. Or bubba the sheriff could have had some crazy chip he would install in it as soon as he took it out of maintenance. Also no offence to the Bubba's out there. Since I am also a born and raised Texas I think I have the right to make Bubba jokes lol. I almost bought a truck on there one time just for the propane tank/toolbox that came with it. In the end I didnt think it was worth my girl freaking out about me having 7 vehicles...

It doesn't look that bad for a 10 year old, 185k work tuck with a goose neck pin in the bed. Which might explain the 3 motors.....

I'm just sayin......

Well I've never followed the newer body style trucks but some of the OBS trucks go for 200-700 bucks. Rarely are the OBS vehicles diesel though.
