Most if not all navi units have an AV in on the back of the unit. You would have to pull it out and look for the AV input. I have a Pioneer AVIC D3 Navigation unit in my PSD and got my camera input cable inside a 3/8" tubbing for protection run along side the driver side into the firewall, and plugged ride up and works great.
Kinda off topic but I am wanting an in-dash nav for my 08 F350 SD/KR. Where and who or what is a good option for doing this. (I would want back-up camera as well).

Personally I love my pioneer avic d3 , has GPS navigation ,plays DVD movies, bluetooth, xm and can control iPod with touch display on the system. Kenwood makes some nice units too. If your close or in a big city check out best buy and or maybe an accessories place for audio systems.
