You need to be a little more specific on what your looking for

 

Are you talking about shimming new valve springs? If so, search shimming comp 910's and you will get a lot of info.

 

Seems to me you can put some sort of shim in the injectors too.

 

Maybe shiming the doors:swordfight:

if your talking about a fuel pressure shim aka bb mod they are for obs trucks, not superdutys. shimming the springs with something like comp 910s is to prevent valve float.

There was a really good thread on this a while back,
Good input from many, but I know tarm and machinist were in on it.

Enough to make me want to call someone like swamps, or machinist, and say hey I need shims, tell me what kind and how much they cost.

 

Shims cost next to nothing. They're really not about achieving seat pressure as much as achieving the correct installed height. If you can get the correct installed height without them, then you honestly don't need them.
