Guy with the early 99's that changed their PCMs, when you scan for error codes, do you get an AIH code? Do you get any other codes do to the later PCM even though nothing is missing/modified?

The AIH will set a soft code becuse the PCM is looking for it and it's obviously not there. I have been running a PMT1 for a year on my truck with great results.
Thanks! And the reason i ask is because that wont fly with the smog testing they are starting in CA. Thats what i wanted to know though. But i guess to get past that it would be easy enough to keep the stock PCM and swap it in for the testing. Does it matter if you have the stock PCM or PMT1 if you put a chip on it? Would there still be a difference between the two once its chipped?
According to this diagram, pins 3 and 98 go from the PCM to the relay. I bet you could play around with a variable resister hooked to those pins and make the code disappear.
Thanks for the Diagram Arisley, really appreciated!!! If I do get to mess with this E99, it wont be for a month or so. If I do and find anything, i will definitly be sure to share.
