quadzilla chip with 3 position switch

I found a 3 position chip from a fella on craigslist, it's a Quadzilla, but not sure what model it is. He said it was on his '03 6.0. I have an '05. The box is green with eyes, and the box is shaped like the angry eyes on it. No model number just a serial number. Can anyone help? Will it woek? Is it worth $100?
I'm looking for an inexpensive chip or programmer.

I wouldn't give $100 since they are no longer in business. With that said I had a Quad module back in the day on my 2006. The low end was a nice improvement even when used with an SCT.

Since it doesn't effect the trans programming it's not something to use on the higher settings.
