did you find an answer to this problem? as I am having the exact same problem. no blown fuse, new Gem module

 

we just went through this on our 2011 F550.
the fuse box was corroded/rusted/ rotted from washing the floors, and passengers getting in the truck with wet feet during snow season.
after replacing the fuse box on thursday everything is working again.
it started with loss of mirrors two years ago, then loss of body lights, and finally two weeks ago lost heater and ac and blower motor.

 

thanks for the reply, This truck was in a flood about 9 months ago, I recently replaced the GEM (smart junction box) module, fuse box and the mirror switch. I guess it may be a bad connection somewhere.

 

I have the same problem. Mirrors will fold and unfold, as well as slide out and in. But the mirror itself wont move on either side.

 

Bring back the thread.... Did anyone find a solution to the problem?

 

Super old thread. But I had this issue. Turned out to be the connector under the driver seat had some how had the lock flipped and unseated the connector. Check all the locks (little gray lever lock) on the connectors.
