Does anyone have the torque specs and patterns handy for the top end of the motor. He is what I am/ have replaced so far that I need the specs for....

Injectors
Oil rails
HPOP and cover
STC fitting
Oil cooler and cover
Intake manifold
Turbo
Glowplugs

I think that is all. But pretty much anything fr the heads up is what I need the specs for. Thanks guys

I didn't find the sequence for the oil rails... of anyone has it please let me know.

Also, a bit off topic but the big oring that the manual calls "the module oring' under the front of the intake manifold (appears to be coolant). It says it needs to be replaced... how critical is this to replace it? It looks old but intact. Any suggestions? I guess if I have to I can go to the dealer on Monday and try to get one but I was hoping to have this thing back together tomorrow afternoon.

Let me know What you think, I really Don't want to start cutting corners now if they are going to come back and bite me in the azz.....

Thanks for the help everyone.

replace it, i had a guy do a front cover on one and fubared that oring, and it leaked like a mother, and its not like its 10 min to change it out especially on the fords, in an international i could do it relatively fast, but on these beasts theres just too much in the way. if you close to me i got like a dozen of them plus a ton of other gaskets, ive done so many of them and when you buy the stc update fitting kit and other kits it comes with a million extra pieces.

and a piece of advice on the stc fitting you need to get a 15/16ths line wrench crowsfoot, its the only way to get that 70 ftlb of torque on that sucker. and when you bolt down the hpop cover, absouletely make sure you put sillcone at the joint of the rear timing cover and block, otherwise it will leak, i cant stress enough when you see a joint like that and you have a gasket you need sillicone. also lube everything up as best you can, i prefer white grease but motor oil will suffice.
