I'm stumped hoping some of you can point to the fix. Read dozens of posts on various Web Forums and FB groups on the issue and seem to reading a magnitude of recommendations.

03' F350. I have no low end acceleration. Push the pedal down but it just does not have the get up and go it used to have. It's throwing a P1247 Code, (Tubo Boost Pressure Low)
Things that have been done recently, New Up Pipes, New exhaust, new tranny. Replaced the EBP and Tube. Replaced EBPV. (2) injectors replaced a year ago. No exhaust leaks coming into the turbo. No leaks on any boots. Has oil.

I have Forscan so what sensors should I set up on it to post back to these groups to narrow down the problem? Other recommendations to look for now. This is a truck we need to get back into service. Cheers and thanks for any helpful info.

Sounds like you have a leak in all that work. The intake "hoses" from the spider to the intake - what are they? Did you replace or test the turbo?

Turns out it was a combination of issues. First the MAPP sensor I just installed six months ago was bad, (warrantied by Ford) I then pulled out the ECM to check it for any water damage, (leaking Pillar) found none, (good) sprayed the harness plug and the ECM with Electrical contact cleaner, that solved one of the codes. (Crazy how that stuff works) Still throwing low boost code, (double checked all the boots, Up-Piles, turbo connections, no leaks anywhere) Then out of the blue yesterday it throws and ICP sensor code. Put a new one in this morning and no more codes. Truck feels like it now has that lower boost increase. Thx for your reply.

Good for you! 7.3L are particular about their 'stuff' but they sure do like it when it all hums!

Yea that ICP sensor is annoying. Mind had the random shut-off issue with that but never a no start. Never threw a code. It FINALLY did and I the sensor replacement fixed everything. Wasn’t savvy enough with the tools to replace it without removing the alternator. Also insane how much that little sensor costs. Good on ya!
