Have you unplugged it to see if it starts?
Do you have gauges to see what your (ICP) hpo pressure is?
Is it leaking oil?
It's a variable resistance pressure switch, not sure what it reads static, do you have a ohm meter? If so I will pull my plug and read it across the terminals for a comparison......
it would run without the sensor plugged in and you should get voltage out of the sensor, you need a breakout harness and connect it inline and check should be like 2.6v at idle and around 4 under full ipr close.
Resistance across the two pins straight across is 6.56
From lower left to single is 196.4
From lower right to single is 190.5
These are engine cold not running.
ICP Voltage at koeo 1.0
625 rpm 1.8
Range 0.15-4.7 volts
Have you tried to start unplugged ?
