I live in miami. dont think i need a fuel heater. i unplugged it years ago from the outside of the fuel filter housing. i had to rebuild the fuel pressure reg since it was clogged and buy a new filter housing since it was badly corroded.... now that im putting it all back together, can i just leave the heater (sheetmetal circle w/ coil) out of the inside and just screw the center pedistal back on without it?
