Hi just did studs egr delete oil cooler rebuild head gaskets. Truck won't start! Getting 2 egr codes? Innovative tuning. Brakes still need bleeding and the coolant system is empty any ideas?

Egr codes are normal. How long did you crank on it? Takes a pretty good while to get all the air out of the hpo system.

Tbc code on dummy screen! Didn't crank more than 10 sec at. Time but tried 20-50 times.

just crank on it till it starts. tthe batteries have to have a full charge aand they still nay go dead. i always hook a charger up when trying to start one after all that work. good luck

:whs: Crank the hell out of it. I think I cranked for 20-30 seconds then let cool for a few minutes. It wont crank till icp sees 500 psi.Hard to get that with air in there. Batt charger comes in REAL handy.

Cranking seems to be the solution! I absolutley am positive every plug (except egr plug) is plugged in and all of the grounds are
connected.

Nope. Been through the wiring like 5 times. Still trying to get a scanner that can read my truck. Checked all grounds, cleaned all major plugs, and checked icp voltages I'm getting 2 volts cranking wich I assume is around 1500psi. I am sooo lost I can't do anything else without a scantool!
