Ok I have a gap in the top of my drivers side door between the door and the truck. It is getting on my nerves hearing the air blowing in while I am driving. The weather stripping is still there. It just looks like the top of the door is bent outwards a little. Is there any way to bend it back in without breaking anything? I am driving a 96 Ford F250 7.3 Extended cab.

If you body lines are still good and the door does not drop when you open it, the hinges are good.

The gap at the top sound like someone was"breaking" into your truck(AAA, YOU, previous owner.

My suggestion is to take a small piece of 2x4 and put in on the cab striker. then push the door shut. Once the door touched the 2x4, push at the top of the door to try and bend it a LITTLE. Try an keep you knee on the bottom of the door so it doesnt twist the door, it will just SLIGHTLY break the top of the door

I may give that a try, because my door doesn't sag a bit, but does have a bit of a gap up on the angled piece. I suppose it would make sense if the p.o. was locked out before, or someone tried to break in.

Just means it's worn out... My 94 F150 did it, My 250 does it, my dads 95 f350 did it... #### just gets worn out. Adjust hinges, take off doors and bend on an English wheel, the teflon locking bushings on the frame may also be worn out... Mine have FALLEN OFF. lol. Bradbilt may be onto a good ******* way to fix it

Like I said....
" If you body lines are still good and the door does not drop when you open it, the hinges are good."

And NOT *******. It is done in the body shop all the time(of course we have the tool to go against the striker, not just a 2x4 but it is the same principle)
