It's probably leaking out of your degas bottle onto the exhaust manifold and evaporating

 

But the coolant looks like it boiling

Check the Hose under the degas bottle for wear/cracks. They get brittle over time and could, like said above, be dripping onto the manifold and evaporating.

If its boiling in the degas bottle, more likely then not, have a leak somewhere. What are your coolant temps? Do you have the upgraded Degas Cap? The older version had issues with malfunctions, from what I read users would over tighten them instead of the stopping at the single click. I think they are supposed to pop at 16psi.

Should be able to run a pressure gauge. Just monitor pressure at idle and then give it a good run. Try to find small grades or give her a little bit on a straight away. Good Luck.

 

Did you freeze plug the stock egr? No offense to you buts its common to have them fail when not done properly, your better off just getting a Bulletproof Diesel EGR Cooler. Limited Lifetime Warranty and a great track record, good replacement if your state looks for it during emissions.

 

Yea freeze plugged the egr did it that way just till I got the money to do studs and all

 

Well now looks like a good time as any to get it all buttoned up if your wallet can support it. Hopefully its leaking there and now out of the heads. Crawl under there with a flash light and see if its leaking there and pull the EGR valve and see if its gummed/wet.

 

I think my EGR from BPD and gasket kit for the EGR Valve was a little over 500 shipped.

 

Ok I get off the boat on the 22nd so I will look at it I also bought a new degas bottle

 

If it doesn't come with it, make sure you replace the hose located underneath the degas bottle, also if you haven't already get a Coolant Filtration Kit. Good Luck!
