I just put Zerex cat ec-1 spec in mine, has a 300,000 mile life.

Final Charge is another choice. CAT 1 EC rated. The bottle claims 1,000,000 miles.....

 

Gold coolant is a very good coolant but requires routine maintenance. If you don't maintain it properly it may damage the engine. Most prefer to go with an hd extended life coolant like ec-1 spec because it is virtually maintenance free
