Well that pioneer does not have an actual android operating system that I can see. I have not seen to many that do. But I will check with some places I know and see if anyone has heard of a tablet based car radio. Most company's have proprietary software they run on those head units.

Im planning to buy this radio, but they make a single DIN version with an 8 inch screen.

I did some measurements and am almost certain the 10" screen one won't fit, hits the black dash trim to the right of the wait to start light.

This tablet has the Google Play store and the even specify it works with torque pro, lots of other cool features too
