airleak test 05 hpop dump hole

Crank no start 05 6.0, did air leak test, large amount of air out dump hole on hpop.
I replaced hpop same thing large amount of air from dump hole on OEM reman hpop.
I cant even tell if its leaking anywhere else because it's all coming out the back of both pumps.
Bad reman pump???

You have to close the IPR valve when doing the air test. Did you do that?

I took the ipr out and put air through ipr hole

Did you use the special IPR fitting that will seal off the drain path, or did you just pipe up air to the valve opening threads?

I just piped air into threads where ipr goes

As I said, that does not block the drain hole. You need a special fitting that "mimics" the IPR valve. Note the fitting on the end of the air hose in the video linked below.
