a lift kit does not include parts for your front end. sounds to me like you are hitting your bump stops. if you want to lift it check out sky manufacturing rsk with super duty springs if you have a dana 60. as for rebuilding your front end, i would do the whole 9 yards and be done with it. the steering parts are NOT cheap though!

I have the Dana 50 front end, non heavy duty (idk if I can change that), but I'd like to.

 

get the sky rsk and switch to a dana 60. youll be happy you did!

 

no way could i afford a dana 60 swap with a lift...im a broke kid with too many bills.

 

itll cost you more to get new springs and rebuild your 50 then it will to do a rsk with a 60
