All codes seem to be PCM related. When checking the fuse for the TBC I also checked on the relay for the FICM. The FICM relay is too hot to touch and shows signs of burning. There is a brown spot forming at the top of the relay and another one on the back side that is up against the neighboring relay indicating something is toasting inside. The cigarette lighter gives power to the usb plugged in there and at the moment there are no issues starting. It does seem to take an extra second or two to start sometimes and has an intermittent rough idle, like a very slight shudder every few seconds.

I have tried the Torque Pro app, insured that the bluetooth and ECU are connected and installed the powerstoke PIDs, but receive this response:

After that screen, it still generated these fault codes:

Anyone have any indication of which direction I should look or where to start with this?

I just bought the truck. It came from Texas, I have been asking myself how that dirt got in there... I can only imagine where and how this truck was driven. It's in the ac vents as well. I sprayed the box off and out with compressed air but it's really stuck on there, I was thinking of wiping it down or scraping it off but don't want to do more harm than good by knocking the excess into the outlets.

Wow. I agree, no scraping. I live in S. Texas and have see that caliche before (but not in a junction box thankfully). I'll bet they drove around without the cover. It might just be where a new one is required.
