6.7L acceleration testing

I saw one yesterday was all excited to drive it the see its not a diesel, then the guy trys to sell me a 6.4...

It's a regular cab.

Stock with some minor tweaks for testing.

It's really quiet. The knock sensors have complete control of the fueling.

Stock it spins first gear for about 3 feet. With the tweaks, it burns first gear most of the way through and spins and wiggles on the 2nd gear shift.

It's a great platform to build power. :ford:

850 was my first choice. But she wants the new body style and the 535 had a LOT of power. I think it's turbo'd. It pulled harder than the Infinti M series and the Audi quattro we drove.

It doesn't matter. In a few weeks, she is picking up the BMW for a week to test drive it for awhile and she how she likes it. I really don't care. She has a job and makes "ok" money. And she has a good side business selling china and flatware...

But anyway.. back to the 6.7 and the fact that it is priced TOO F'N high! :mad:

EDIT: My first BMW was a late 80's L7. ;)
