From my understanding is the block mounts for the rubber mounting isolators went to a larger bolt size. You will need the new block mounts.

Left - HC3Z-6031-A
Right - HC3Z-6030-B
Bolts - -W718444-S439 (same number required as your old motor)

Yes the mounting holes and are larger on the later blocks. Wrist pins on the pistons are also larger.

Did you ever replace your engine? What route did you go?

 

Yes, I replaced it with a 2018 engine. got the engine mounts with the engine, used the 18 turbo and egr. Only problems the lower wiring harness plugs are different and the top (pcm)harness does not have the connection for the crankcase vent. sensor so I get a P04E3 code and check eng light. So if you go that route ,change both harness's before you put it in.

 

You have at least a 5 year 60,000 mile if not 100,000 mile power/Tran warranty take it to the dealer that’s their problem.
