Hey guys, Got a 2000 F250 with a Dual disk south bend clutch and as of lately its been getting hard to put into gear. The clutch has no more than 5000 miles on it. Also the clutch fork is very loose, it will move side to side and up and down a good bit. Im thinking maybe a bent fork or bad throw out bearing? I also have a new slave cylinder but I don't think this is the issue. Any suggestions? thanks

The slave #### the bed on my truck after only 500 miles after my southbend install. Slave was not bleedable. (I think that's a new word! LOl) I didn't install a dual mass though. Don't now is that would be different. But should have same slave

I had a situation where the fulcrum that the fork sits on started bending and then after a while (a week or so - don't remember) it broke off. I think if you have the bigger clutch it could have put more pressure on the fulcrum and it could be bending...that will make it hard to go into gear, since the clutch is not fully disengaged.

Thanks for the replys. South bend is sending a new throw out bearing, fork, and bushing . Hopefully it fixes the problem!
