So I’m under here changing the oil and I found 8 zirks which I lubed up am I missing any? Should I pump until i see grease come out somwhere or just give it x number of pumps?

My water hoses are looking a little bit dirty and feel kind of dry. Is there any way to improve that without changing the hoses? I can squeeze them and they don’t crack.
I have 303. I am willing to wadh them and spray them if that would help. Not too sure.

Sometimes the u-joints have grease fittings, but all that depends on if its been replaced. Some replacement components are grease-able, some are not. You shouldn't see any grease coming out of the boots though.

If the hoses don't crack or feel super stiff, Its probably fine.

I usually pump grease until I see grease come out. On a u joint I pump until I get grease from all 4 caps. So I KNOW it got lube. Then wipe up the mess.

A rule of thumb is, Anything that moves needs lube. So look at anything that moves against something else. If it's factory it may not be greasable as said above, but it needs inspected anyway.

For hoses you can try Simple Green on a wet rag and rinse with another wet rag. Works pretty well. I have used tire shine on them in the past, looked good until a dust storm.

Pump in grease till the boots are firm...if you pump until grease comes out...well...now u just blew the boot/seal.
