Put a South Bend Clutch in my CC about 15,000 miles ago a few months over a year.

Throwout bearing just took a Dump.....

Pulled trans out and the bearing just exploded...

Has cut a grove in the tube that theBearing slides back and forth on...

Is there a repair for this??

Please let me know what I need and were to get it..

I ordered a new fork and bearing ..
will be in Monday..

Thanks
John

Is this a ZF5-42 or ZF5-47? ZF calls that part a quill tube. For a ZF5-42, here's what I can come up with (they show 2 different ones ... sorry about the table format):

Pos # ........ ZF Part # ...............Description ............Unit Specification (1307 050 _____)
02.100 .......1307 302 060 ...........Quill Tube .............053/054/056/057/059/100/102/103/108/109/110/111/120
.................1317 302 010 ...........Quill Tube .............1307 201 076 and 1307 201 080 Housings Only

The ZF parts cross to Ford E7TZ-7050-B for ZF 1307 302 060 and
Ford F6TZ-7050-A for ZF 1317 302 010.

Cheers!

Not really. That's just what I pulled from the ZF documentation I have. I notice that the 081 isn't listed (of course). It also looks like the quill tube comes off from the inside so that you would have to split the case open to replace it (not positive, but that's what it looks like). Cheers!

Thanks for checking.

I was also thinking the same, That the case has to come apart..
