okay im putting hyprids and such in and I needto uprgrade the clutch, I might take it to the track the odd time, but mostly just daily driving and maybe light towing, should I go DD or stay with a single, I have a Con FE and it slips...I wanna be able to go thru the gears as quickly as possible without eating the cluthc, what are my options?

My dual disc shifts a good bit slower than my single, I am running the SBCDD with the factory pressure plate, which I believe is the smallest one. It could just be the tranny though, I changed it whn I changed the tranny.

House, can you shift yours pretty fast still or does it fight you.

That is the easiest one on your factory hydraulic system, and probably your leg.
