Actually, I see all the 6.0 guys go with the FASS and AD pumps.
Since I'm not a fan of either, I want to do some flow and pressure tests to come up with a good alternative.

Several guys also run an aeromotive pump with a regulated return.
Yes, I've read that.
But with the rash of A-1000 deaths, how are they holding up in 6.0's?
It seems nobody can keep them running with a 7.3, and the 7.3 guys have switched to Fuelab as a better alternative to the A-1000.

run mine everyday on my DD. the A1000 is supposed to have a pusher or sump to it, the a1100 can be run solo. No problems with my a1000 on my DD, other than make sure you use 10 gauge wire :)
Cool thanks.
How many miles have you put on yours?
You running A-1000 as single?
Do you have a sump or large pick-up?

I wonder if you have a Wednesday pump or they just build a better pump now...

Thanks.

I'm not sure never had any problems with the a1000 on my pulling truck but no miles hardly on it. My ultimate fuel setup would be similar to (6.0strokin) I think is his username. But it's a sump to a low pressure pusher pump then it goes to the high pressure fuel lab pump. He has all stainless line and a regulated return to control it. But the cost is pretty high to have all that. There are several brands of pumps you can use as well.
