My Excursion passenger window has done the same thing. Thankfully it is stuck closed, but with this gorgeous Florida weather, it would be nice to have it working.
I am planning to take the panel off one if these days and have a look, but from what I have heard, I am either expecting to find the grease on the gears to be thick and dry, and/or for the motor to be burnt out(from trying to move dry, thick grease!
Hopefully someone who has been there, done that will chime in.
