Been having trouble finding a good truck rear for a decent price, but the local pull it yourself place has a ton of vans and the entire axle is only $65 so I'm going to go that route if it will work.

I always thought they were the same but I'm not positive and don't want to go through the effort if it's not going to.

The truck is my '92 F-350, so I figure I'll look for something in the 92-96 range or newer. I've been reading around and alot of the older vans had 60's or what ever else ford had left over from the previous years.

The vans never had 10.25's. Dana 60's back to the early 90's as far as i know.

the stopped using a full floating dana 60 in 1999 too... they started using a semifloating dana.... The frames are not as wide so the mounting points are completely different... in other words, no it wont work at all..

Yeah I guess thats why I can't find any info on it on google.

Guess I should have figured that since all those axles are STILL in those vans out there.

Thanks.
