I'm extremely confused!
I rebuild the stock turbo with a New 1.0 ar housing and added a WW2 and have completely removed the ebpv (new pedestal and housing). I also Installed new 180cc single shot injectors from full force diesel. I knew I would lose some low end spool up due to the larger AR housing but the best boost level I have yet is 14PSI (was close to 30psi before), And I have no boost leak. The original compressor wheel was a billet version of factory and you could hear it spool up, but now it is so quiet that you would think that there is no Turbo at all! Does anybody have any idea or experience with this?

Something is obviously not right. 180s should make way more than 14 psi. What are your egts like? Super hot i would guess.

All you can do is go back through everything you did and find the issue. My guess would be a massive pre turbo exhaust leak or a big boost leak or both.

I know you say you dont have any boost leaks but unless you used a boost leak detector to verify its hard to know for sure.
