My turbo is leaking oil, and i want to replace it to support a tune and not be so smokey. Which turbo and tuner would you recommend? I like the hydra style with shift on the fly settings. (I have no plans of big fuel system upgrades).

Only other Mods are intake and exhaust.

Look at a KC Turbo stage one. Good with stock up to 180/0 injectors. As for tuner stick with the PHP Hydra. You can program it with on your own without having to send it out. PHP's generic tunes are okay as well. Jelibuilt, and 1023 Diesel have some decent tunes as well.

Hydra is great, and you have access to a whole library of tunes for stock.

I like the KC300x Stage 1 for stock, but give them a call about your requirements and plans for the use of the truck.
