I think I have some problems with my h2e. I shouldn't say just the h2e but with my set up. I just towed maybe 10k at the most 12k. I had to let out of it on almost every hill, oregon to nebraska I-80 90% of the way. I have tony's tow program, stg 1 and terminator. The most boost I saw was pushing 9lbs at 75mph. I'm running 35's with 3.55 gearing and have a 5spd. Any suggestions? What is a good course of action to finding the problem? 9lbs seems low on an 8% grade especially with no CAC:lame:? Having to slow down on the hills in Wyoming is a dangerous thing those big rigs haul as s. Thanks for any help.

What is the most boost you can generate at 3000rpm?

Under WOT the most I've seen is 30psi and then popped a boot. That was with exhaust leaks that I later fixed, or at least lessened. IIRC at 75, I'm around 2100-2200 rpms. One more thing, should my truck smoke once the turbo is lit with my set up working properly?

The truck is not going to pull a hard hill at high speed at 2000 or 2100 rpm. That was the reason I asked how much boost you can make at 3000rpm. With you set up you should be down to just a haze at WOT with the turbo and motor wound up.
Try a grade at 2800+ rpm.
