I was wondering what kind of power will this setup make?

performance parts:
afe2 intake
4" exhaust w 3.5" dp
beans d66 turbo
dieselsite Extreme Injectors 1999-2003 Hybrid 530's
dp chip
at least a 99.5+ hpop (if not then big oil.)
prepump tank mods
oh yeah probably at least one hat and two t-shirts.

possible add-ons
boost fooler (not sure but i am guessing i would need one.)
hp x over line
reglated return
fass fuel pump
oh yeah probably at least one hat and two t-shirts.

You're gonna definately want a hi/po fuel system with that. Don't know anything about Bean's turbo, but with hybrid 530's and some good air you should be in the 450ish range at least.

I would make sure beans turbo is rated for that. He might recommend a larger H2E of somerts.

I'd say you could do 450 with enough air for sure.

The turbo you picked will be a little small, I think. Do the big oil.
I would say 450-475ish

Don't know if you have an OBS truck or not but you do not need a boost fooler if you have an OBS truck.

Did you get the D66 or still looking at upgrading?

I dont recommend the D66 for anything over Stage 2 injs, it has good air flow but it will just take too much abuse from that much fuel.

Get a H2 kit then later on upgrade to a modified of some sort.

Bean, I am swapping my BB for a modded H2E that is off of an OBS, my question is what do i need to make the OBS stuff work on my superduty?

shot down , from the man himself....
hmm maybe i need to rethink the setup.

that seems like a good hp range to be in, but i don't want to loose too much low end.. which is why i was looking at a 3.5 dp, and not an h2e turbo.
I was trying to keep away from head studding too.

the diselsite hybirds looked the most affordable, And the hybrids seemed easier on the hpop.

Talk to your tuner about it as well. Tuning may be able to make things work just fine for your set up.

so..I am thinking in order to make a constant 400~450hp.

I will need to upgrade injectors, & the turbo I can't say I have seen 400+ with either stock. and since my early 99 has a lame hpop I need big oil, and some sort of fuel system mods to fuel every thing.

....(in addition to the required, intake exhuast,guages chip and tranny)

That sound about right, Can I shave some $$$ anywhere?
use different less/expensive injectors or ones that don't need big oil.
what is the max power stage II's can give?

I know it takes $$ to get power , just wondering what the bottom of the barrel setup is?

Mini-mes, a GTP38r turbo, and a fuel system will make that power al day long. One of the most proven combinations out there.

That is what I made with the dieselsite Hybrids.I don't think you will have to worry about studs with those inj's.

All the stupid add ons includeing a fass and a QSSB at 34psi made 434HP and like 890TQ


that was with stock obs fuel and detuned quite a bit....these injectors
did something over 500 in a better equipped truck...

My buddy here in Corpus Laid down 425 on Mad Dogs dyno last year at the Nats. in Baytown he had that combo. Damn that truck was fun to drive.Shat the damn truck went 13.30s at 100 also.
