I'm looking to check my injector cups for leaks. What is the best way to pressureize the cooling system?

To find which bank is causing issues you can remove the fuel lines that feed each head from the fuel bowl, and with your degass bottle cap off force compressed air through the fuel lines (one bank at a time) and listen for a gurgling sound in the bottle, do this on each bank. If no sound is heard you can put a balloon over the bottle and leave compressed air in for a few minutes. The side that allows air into the coolant it the side you need to change ALL of the injector cups.

If you have a RR you need to plug off the fuel line on one end of the head (whichever is easiest) before you test with air.

Good Luck

Anyone remember what size of the fittings are on an ITP RR system? I'll need to build a rig and my box'o fittings is at home waiting for the movers. I assume to use no more than 15psi correct?

Being homeless sucks. At least I packed a majority of tools and topside creeper in my trailer.
