i have heard that 17 degree hpop BDP 6 position and super duty parts are best for my 97 f250, but what are some opinions on best set up for least expensive... not interested in spending thousands and thousands, just a few hundred.. ts 6 position is in the mail, but now what else?

It's hard to say what's best. The question is what are you mainly going to be using the truck for , towing?, sled pulling?, or drag racing ?. Then Mabey some one can better answer you question .

With stock injectors?
Your choice of TS chip,
A 3" downpipe, and either straight pipe your stock exhaust or go with aftermarket 4".
Put a big F'n air filter on, and some gauges.

That's about all you can do for cheap.

If you want more power than that.... it's gunna cost you.... LOTS. (See sig)

I have a bully dog power pup 5 speed with pyro and boost gauges but yeah I think I'll go with my Ts maybe a down pipe to my 4-5 inch back..
