I've got the old SX system from DI on mine right now. Had it for about 2 years now. PUmp went out once about 6 months ago, emergency replaced it with another SX David had laying around that was about 3 years old. It ended its commission about 3 months ago. I've got a new one onthere now and haven't had any issues.

I'm gonna switch to the DI FASS system as soon as $$$ allows though.

Is that the one where he actually installs the correct springs in it so it will flow enough to hit 50 psi?

I have a single super duty with a 10 micron racore. I will have to add another s/d pump here real soon. Mods are a commin. :D

Same here, got the old sx set-up with the sump in the tank. No issues for 3 years. Seems to get the fuel from point a to point b

My first pump went out, David sent me another one but only goes to 62 max. The old pump went to 70.:cool:

Or maybe it is one of the new ones that has a pump you can't hear over a block away over the noise from the engine.

My FASS 150/180 holds low 60's.. It's also very loud!!

Dennis has a new fuel system coming out that should be awesome. Send him an email for details.

ok so i know im loosing pressure in the extrme setting, and i have no fuel pressure gauge, but how bad do yall think it really is? i can deffinately feel the lack of power up top. do i need to add a second pump or a whole new system?

You are probably loosing about 5-7 psi of fuel pressure. But your lack of power up top in the extreme settings may be due HPOP? Do you have a big oil set up? If you dont that may be the case. I installed a HPO guage about a month ago and I was surprised that I can drop it at WOT in my 140 setting.

With my stock fuel system and stock ad injectors, my pressure would drop clear down to around 25psi. You'd be amazed hom much the pressure could drop.

I know I was suprised when I put my pressure gauge in, I'd never thought that stock injectors would tax the stock system that bad.
