Just wondering what everyone would recommend for oil in the front and rear diffs.

I have always used redline in the front and rear. Seems to work well. But I just tried the Eaton Roadranger oil and seems to work about the same. I dont think you can go wrong with any of the big name oil companies.

Ford recommends 80W-90 for front axle/ rear axle is synthetic 75W-140 synthetic and don't forget friction modifier for locker.

I made cover plate gaskets, old school thing I guess I could not bring myself to just put on silicone.lol

If you can find a synthetic 80-90 I would use it, I used synthetic (it's best)maybe amdriven2liv found it in 75-90 but that's the skinny on it.
