i have three mtx 4500 series 10s i will be putting them behind the back seat of an 01 crew cab. for volume and space available i could do two in a ported box or three in a sealed box. i like a deep bass but clarity is important. also how much space is gained by flipping the seat brackets, exact inches please?

What are the dimensions? I vote ported all day long... As long as it is done correctly.

I disagree if you have the means to get the subs the power they'll need in a sealed box your always better off unless you wanna sound like a high school kid with lots of boom and no music. But it always takes kore power to get the same db from a sealed inclosure. I have two tens with 700 RMS watts going to them in a custom sealed and it thumps super hard and is as clear as day!! No clue on the seat thing sorry. I made my box the seat. If you wanna see pics they are posted on the site somewhere
