I just put 4 rigid dually white lights in my bumper, but now my headlights look extremely dull and yellow. Wondering what color or "k" of h.I.d.s to get. I'll try to put up a pic

Go with 6000k HID's with a 35w Ballast. The 35ws will still be very bright and wont get very hot. Even though they will try and talk you into buying 55watt ballasts go 35w. 55 will be to hot. Now for HID bulbs go with 6000k, that is the best and brightest you go and still get a beautiful blue hue to them. 8000k will look a darker blue but will have way less light output, its more for looks. Actually I have Slyvania Silver stars. They are one step down from their brightest bulb (Silver Star Ultra). They come with a bluish film tint on them and still come out yellow out of the housing but are beautiful at night and on high-beams do look a little blue..

6000k to match the rigids. 4300k 35w is OEM standard for HID. 4300k is actually brighter than 6000k by several hundred lumen, so not the brightest. The higher the kelvin, the lower the lumen. 55w ballast will be brighter but IIRC ~20% less life.

my Rigid bars match my 55 watt 5000K HIDs from DDM tuning perfectly. They were cheap, and I've had em for about 3-4 years now and still going strong. I run my lights day and night btw.
