what are the inputs to the pcm that produces the output for the VGT? I know the EGR position, Coolant temp sensor, TPS? what else?

EOT, IPR, MAP, MGP, BARO... those are things the pcm looks at for turbo performance which in turn leads to vgt as well. And according to Ford the VGT is considered an output just some food for thought. Theres a handful of pids you can pull up on an ids or genstar to play with the vgt
