Hey guys I have a 2003 king ranch superduty. It has 248k on it. I have no previous knoledge of anything that been changed on it before. I do know it had stock exhaust and egr still in it. My question is I wanna bullet proof it. I know I wanna stud it also egr delete also 6.4 banjo bolts and fuel regulator update. Also I wanna clean intake and turbo while it's apart. I also will do crank case vent mod. What else do you guys recomend I do to it while it's apart? I have a sct livewire tuner for it already with egt probe. Also I still have stock downpipe into 5 inch strait pipe. Also bully dog air intake.

Replace the oil cooler. Before you take it apart, do an extensive coolant flush and replace with a silicate free coolant. Also install a coolant filter.

Ok yeah I heard 2003 oil coolers are different then the newer ones. When I get new oil cooler should I make sure it's for a 2003?

Same thing for all 6.0s. I buy all my OEM parts from these guys now:

6.0L Diesel Engine Oil Cooler 3C3Z-6A642-CA

Just about the best prices on the internet, and a Ford dealer. They sell coolant filters too (I need to order mine from them soon...).
