I installed my ts 6 position chip and after driving a little over 200 miles, I'm now getting a low rumble upon starting my truck. It lasts for about 30 seconds to a minute. No running problems, just curious what it might be.

Need more info. Where does it seem to come from? Front? Back? Does it happen just at startup? When transmission engages? While moving or sitting still? It could be any of the belt driven devices (water pump, alternator, A/C) or it could be a loose exhaust bracket.

Just at start up. I can't quite tell exactly where its coming from. It shakes the truck though. Only there when its cold and at low idle. Barely touch the throttle and it goes away. It's fine once the engine is warm.

I would try raising the hood then start the truck and try to locate the noise. Otherwise I would contact your tuner and see if maybe a change in the weather has caused a idle problem at startup. I see you are in northern Cal. Maybe the cool mornings are affecting things.
Also, make sure your glowplugs are working correctly.
