If you want additional boost and are running a stock turbo then just crank that puppy completely shut. You'd have to be getting up around 30 lbs of pressure or so to even start worrying about it. If you can't get there then you really want to take advantage of all that the stock turbo can put out. I've got mine rigged so that it can't open for over two years and its doing fine since all I've got is the stock turbo...I've never seen more then 24 lbs and don't anticipate seeing much more with my mods.
