No, I don't have PN's handy. If you really need to reseal all that I'd spend the extra money and get the whole works off a T444E with the bellows in them and not have to worry about it again for a long time.

I could be wrong...........but I was under the impression there was a gasket.
I think you should take yours apart again to check. No gasket with mine.

No gasket between the collector and the turbo on the LM 7.3s. The Early 99 may have had one but since I've never taken one apart I could not tell you for sure.

It's a V-band connection there. They will never use any sort of gasket. The surfaces of the two flanges form the sealing area.

Only flat, bolted flanged turbine inlet connections will use a gasket. And sometimes not even there.

Take it apart and check, it only takes a couple minutes to yank the turbo and take a looksee and toss it all back together.....

My up pipes are leaking at the V collector on my 01 F250. last truck pull, I knew I was leaking, black smoke coming out from under truck as well as exhaust.

Just pulled trans, & I can see the soot on the outside of the up pipes at the connections.

What's this updated, Bellows everyone is talking about. I Went to BWD site & there isn't any explanation on the difference, just that they are not in stock.

Are there gaskets in mine to replace, with the trans out, it'd be easier to fix now.

Thanks Dennis

The bellowed pipes BWD and DI sell are gasketless desing. They have a SS collar that slides into the collector.

Also they can only go on one way, either correct or 180º off.

So you can assemble them on the ground, collector and all, and just drop it down from the top of the engine.
