Need help just bought turbo actuator for 2010 Powerstroke before installation I erased code 2263 then went and rerouted coolant line then installed actuator and plug and it cycled that one time when connected but after when I try with keys it won’t cycle and code comes back on I also pulled on turbo lever it’s not hard or stuck and truck performance bad am I doing something wrong or is this new actuator bad can someone help thanks
