Turbo acting up
I have a stock 2004 F -350 cc with the 6.0L.
When climbing a hill with a load I was watching my boost gauge go to about 26-30psi and it start bouncing up and down and puffing black smoke out the tail pipe. Is this caused by the vanes sticking? Does it need to be cleaned?
