Just wanted to see if anyone out there needs a place to work out and has good work ethic. I got sick and tired of Golds gyms and all the T-baggers training biceps and chest 5 days a week so i bought all my own stuff for the garage. Power rack, cable cross, lower back hyper ext., and an old school T-bar rower. Let me know even ifs its every other week, workouts are always better when you have someone else to push you or a spotter for that matter!
i just stick to the basics (squat, deadlift, bench, press) and do auxillarys that my equipment will allow and some simple cardio (jogging or hill sprints) on other days. Nothing fancy just keeps up you strong and keeps you "north of vag" as Jim Wendler would say.
