ya so my tranny seems to be acting weak to me when im cruisin and barely give her throttle she drops down a gear some times when im coasting i can fell her down shift real hard so does anyone have exp with this

Neither of those make me think a tranny is getting weak, slipping or a delayed upshift would.

You still have stock gears in that don't you?

Has it always been that away or when you installed those 38's?

38 were on there yes stock gears i believe like w0hen im rollin about 60 mph 2000 rpms i sometimes have to let off the gas for her to shift into overdive

I'm not a tranny expert,but have you checked your fluid? I would drop the pan and replace the filter and since i would already be in there i would change-out the valvebody for a BTS or John Woods after-market valvebody.
Does your tranny shudder?

38 were on there yes stock gears
That's the reason right there. It's going to always work this way with stock gears and 38s. New fluid and a filter won't help this at all. Either will a new valve body, or even a new transmission.
